The Ahmadiyya Muslim Association is inviting local people to join them on a charity Walk for Peace in Alice Holt Forest.
The five-mile walk, between Bentley station and Alice Holt Forest Centre on Saturday, September 9, will raise money for charities Home-Start Butser and WeyWater and the Southern Domestic Abuse Service.
Walks for Peace were launched in London in 1985 and since that time more than 3.5 million has been raised for more than 250 charities.
This is the first time the walk has been brought to this area and the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association hopes local residents will turn out in force to support it.
